Replacements and refunds

It was made for you. So no returns, exchanges or refunds for size, colour or a change of mind. Check the size guide before you order.

When we fix it. A damaged or faulty piece, a misprint or a wrong embroidery (wrong place or colours), a poster that arrives creased or torn, the wrong item, or a parcel lost on the way.

How. Write within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo. Once checked, we make a replacement and send it free, or refund you. Nothing needs to come back.

Wrong address. If a parcel comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or it wasn’t collected, we resend it once you confirm the address, at your cost.

Cancelling. Within 2 hours of ordering, before making starts. Not after.

Nothing here limits a right the law gives you.
